There is a lot of downtime this time of year in North Carolina. Because we are North Carolina’s #1 Sports Network, we now turn our attention to golf, maybe some NBA/NFL draft and…MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL. North Carolina is #blessed to have 10* Minor League Baseball teams, 2 of which are brand new this year, the Down East Wood Ducks (in Kinston) and Buies Creek Astros.

Friday, July 28: The Mudcats will auction off special game-worn jerseys to benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, in memory of the late Wolfpack basketball coach.
Saturday, July 29: It’s 5 O’Clock in Charlotte. Catch a pre-game concert at the Knights stadium for Jimmy Buffet night!
Sunday, July 30: Kids run the bases after the game with the Wood Ducks!
Monday, July 31: All you can eat concessions for FREE at the Winston Salem Dash game!
Tuesday, August 1: Get your Mexican fix on Taco Tuesday with the Durham Bulls.
Wednesday, August 2: Dollar dogs at Five County Stadium!
